We are currently looking to fill two positions at Ohio Realty Advisors.

Project Manager - the position is managing construction projects for our portfolio of properties. Experience in managing and overseeing construction projects - interior improvements, exterior improvements, grounds up projects. Establishing project scope, competitive bidding with appropriate trades, bid analysis, project scheduling, project meetings and coordination, project delivery. This position is currently vacant and needing to be filled in the very near future.

Property Manager - the position is managing a portfolio of industrial properties. Experience in budgeting, monthly reporting, overseeing the daily activities of each property, contract bidding, contract analysis, contract awarding, monitoring. Experience in building systems, property management, facilities management. This position is currently vacant and needing to be filled in the very near future.

Both positions described above are new positions with the company. Our portfolio of properties has grown extensively over the last couple of years and we need these additional resources.
