Prayer Request - Jay Milkovich

Jay Milkovich, who came to Grace and our meeting for the first time this past Monday, has joined the Body of Christ as a new Believer! She brought her job search struggles and personal depression before the Lord and He has made her a New Creation. Praise God for His Mercy and Grace!

Jay has since receive two invitations to interview with good companies! Please pray for her interviews on Thursday, March 23rd at 4:00pm and Friday, March 24th at 10:00am. She desperately needs to start work soon to make her rent payments and other financial obligations, since she has no current income.

God hears the prayers of His Children, and He is Faithful!

Position Summary: Supports the development and management of Information Technology systems or services. Assists business unit implementation of such systems and services.

Work closely with division IT staff, MSS Product Management, and MSS Development teams to form strong project teams that together accomplish all implementation activities. This position has no direct reports however must be effective in a matrix project team environment leading other MSS staff and external resources. Must have strong manufacturing and distribution process knowledge, and knowledge of MSS or other manufacturing and distribution systems is needed. This role focuses on implementation project leadership and is not a technical role, though prior experience with designing or implementing business systems is desired. Must be self-assured, self-motivated, and self-directed and have a strong desire to work with the divisions to help them use the MSS software as effectively as possible. This is a highly visibility role with interaction with many Parker divisions and business models. Travel as needed to support the implementation projects, with over 50% expected.
Qualifications: Four-year university degree, MBA a plus. Significant project management experience. Eight or more years experience in Information Technology. Professionalism : Excellence, timeliness and completeness of work, responsible, team attitude, quality of presentation.
Managerial skills : Customer service, planning, organization, oral /written communication.

Business Unit Director

Business Unit Director for a multi-million dollar manufacturer. This position will report to the VP of Sales and marketing. You will be responsible for a direct area of business within certain industries. Volume in this segment can range from $10mm - $50mm. You would have a minimum of 4 direct reports.
Looking for a person who can act as a change agent. In order to add value to a sales call, this company is looking for someone with a strong technical and mechanical background in plastics. If you have had responsibility in several key areas of manufacturing such as: purchasing, product engineering, or with a sales and marketing focus. Must be able to drive sales team to increase volume and profitability.

A BS degree is required. There are two openings for this position, one in the southeast and one in the mid-west.

Compensation can be up to $120k plus bonus and a car in the deal. The company will relocate you into specified areas.

Sorry I haven't been able to attend the meetings or post on the blog, but I have a major update on my job search!! While I haven't heard still from Sports Service Wellbread even after taking the routine drug test, I went ahead on my job search. I found on http://www.snagajob.com (another job search website you can pass on the group) I found that TJ Maxx was hiring for custodial and merchandise stock help in North Olmsted. Well, I went to the interview last Tuesday, past a survey test, and even handed some referances that they asked for. Well, the next thing I know the people that I knew who were happy to be referances for me had called to let ME know that TJ Maxx were checking on my credibility. Well, I called TJ Maxx for a follow up call, and they offered me a part time job 25-30 hrs. week for a custodial and merchandise position and I took it! Starting pay is $6.15 an hour. I'll find out about the benifits and details next Tuesday when I have the orientation!! So pray really does work and having a lot of faith and trust in God isn't bad either!! Sunday ABF - Live Your Calling

Zoe Rodriguez is starting a new ABF class this Sunday - "Live Your Calling". It is a study series devoted to knowing yourself and how God created you so you can Live His Calling in all aspects of your life, including your WORK.
