Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the execution and coordination of all subcontracting operations and external physical flows and defining the factory inventory policies and best practices. Execute the receiving of RM/AC and sampling of AC from subcontractors. Manage the RM quarantine. Execute the shipment of AC/RM/WIP/BULK to subcontractors. Execute the shipment of FG to our customers. Manage the physical installations related to physical movements: lifts, racks, batteries, docks, etc. Define factory best practices in physical flows training, inventory control, safety and quality. Participate in traceability initiatives and conformity. Optimize the transportation network. Lead the Materials Review Board. Validate the subcontracting production plan. Short-term plan the production plan and follow its execution. Participate in the selection of subcontractors. Proactively improve Quality at subcontractors. Prepare and manage subcontractor Logistics Agreements. Ensure the accuracy of subcontractor inventory. Analyze and improve subcontractor losses. Participate in subcontractor Industrial Feasibility Testing. Call-off RM/AC used for subcontracting. Analyze subcontractor capacity. Coordinate the Quality/Safety audits of subcontractors.


Requirements/Education:

B.S. Degree required (Engineering or Management degree preferred). 5+ years experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment required (preferably within a fast paced, high volume environment). Strong leadership skills is a basic requirement with relevant experience in project management, manufacturing practices, and dealing with internal/external customers. Must be familiar with MRP systems (preferably SAP).
