I wanted to spread the word about this position that I am
representing. Its a Divisional HR role for a Cleveland based
manufacturer. The candidate can live in Cleveland as well as
anywhere in the US as long as its accessible to an airport.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 and this
position is eligible for a 20 % Annual Incentive Program bonus, if
the company meets its target performance.
The position is responsible for oversight of 7 locations:
Brady, TX
Riverside, CA
Orange County, CA
Bakersfield, CA
Colorado Springs, CO
2 Ohio locations
Total ee's: 280
Salaried: 53
Hourly: 131
Union: 100
Temps: 6
Unions: 3 (same union, different local chapters and 1 contract for
OC and 1 for Glass/Millwood)
GlassRock/Millwood 2
Orange County 1
No direct reports, but local HR representation at each site (One
site is combined coverage)
There are 2 other Divisional HR Managers to support other sites
throughout the company.
This position is 50-70% travel depending on how well someone manages
their sites. Depending on how it is scheduled it can be streamlined
to about 50%. Relocation is negotiable but not necessary as long as
they are close to an airport. Their is no car, because almost all
travel will be done via air and rental car.
A manufacturing background is a plus due to the nature of our
business.
