Sorry I haven't been able to attend the meetings or post on the blog, but I have a major update on my job search!! While I haven't heard still from Sports Service Wellbread even after taking the routine drug test, I went ahead on my job search. I found on http://www.snagajob.com (another job search website you can pass on the group) I found that TJ Maxx was hiring for custodial and merchandise stock help in North Olmsted. Well, I went to the interview last Tuesday, past a survey test, and even handed some referances that they asked for. Well, the next thing I know the people that I knew who were happy to be referances for me had called to let ME know that TJ Maxx were checking on my credibility. Well, I called TJ Maxx for a follow up call, and they offered me a part time job 25-30 hrs. week for a custodial and merchandise position and I took it! Starting pay is $6.15 an hour. I'll find out about the benifits and details next Tuesday when I have the orientation!! So pray really does work and having a lot of faith and trust in God isn't bad either!! Manufacture of power electronics and DSP motor control for Distributed Servo and Digital Motor Control Products. Digital Motor Control Products offer the OEM a compact Power Module and Drive that is small enough to be combined with the motor. Digital Motor Control Products will drive brushless motors with both sensorless and sensor feedback. Distributed Servo Products combine multiple power amplifiers with DSP technology and motion control firmware in a tightly integrated package for servo amplifier and motion control applications.
MUST have ENGINEERING degree
MUST have related applications experience with motion control components and systems
MUST reside in CANADA or USA
TRAVEL as required.
Base 60k to 85k plus insentive and benefits.

Sunday ABF - Live Your Calling
Zoe Rodriguez is starting a new ABF class this Sunday - "Live Your Calling". It is a study series devoted to knowing yourself and how God created you so you can Live His Calling in all aspects of your life, including your WORK. It would be a great class to attend if you are struggling to find how and what you are to do to find and follow God's plan and purpose for YOU.
The class is during the 11:30am service hour in Room 21b (downstairs in the Jr High Room). I will be assisting Zoe, and will be discussing some of the class material at our upcoming Job Seekers NetWORK meetings.

Anyways, I just started a couple month temp job doing software testing at OfficeMax's HQ in Shaker Heights (which is in the process of closing down do to OfficeMax being taken over by Boise Cascade). Please keep me in your prayers that this will be a stepping stone to something longer term.
