Connect with your Employers Help employers in your area connect with your career ministry and future employees through the Crossroads Career Network.  Our website provides a free forum for Employers to post job openings and search resumes to find the perfect fit for their organization. Use this printable handout to engage employers. Need a refresher on how to post jobs and search resumes?  Watch this video overview to review some key points on using the website.
