Hi Everyone:
Now that summer is winding down it is time to get "Back to School" with your job search. Our next meeting is Monday, September 10th at 7PM in Room 22 (Chapel) at Grace Church.
I will be offering a refresher session on how to jump start your job
search and get it back on track as we approach the end of the year. I
invite feedback on your struggles, successes and any special search tips
that you have used, and I welcome you to share them with our group.
Also, please mark your calendars for a special Grace JSN Meeting on Monday, September 17th at 7PM at Grace Church. Marvin Montgomery,
a highly sought after motivational speaker will talk to our group on
"How to Sell Yourself in a Competitive Job Market". Marvin specializes
in training and motivating corporate sales teams to operate at peak
performance, and I promise you will walk away with a whole new
perspective and new tools to set yourself apart when you are engaged
with prospective employers. We will have extra seating for this event so
please invite your friends, relatives, neighbors, former colleagues or
anyone else you know that can use a boost in motivation! Plan on
