Basics
Sales Associate will find distressed homeowners by referral and prospecting. The Sales Associate will work to enroll homeowners into our program and foster relationships to continue referral business with existing and previous customers.
Selling
1. A Sales Associate talks with prospects and determines if selling fits the situation. The Associate demonstrates advantages and characteristics of a suitable selling plan and educates the potential seller on alternatives.
Closing Sales
2. Closing sales is a vital skill for Sales Associates. They must be able to overcome objections, negotiate apprehension and convince hesitant sellers to make difficult decisions.
Considerations
3. A high-energy and likable personality is advantageous for sales associates, who should be outgoing and friendly, with excellent communication skills. They also need a professional appearance. Halo Properties requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and prefers prior sales experience.
Standards
4. Sales Associates must achieve quotas and can increase their sales prospects by networking, meeting new people and out of the box thinking.
Potential
