Congratulations to Mike Kaniewski who recently took an electronics technician position with Energizer in Westlake. Mike started at Engergizer as a temporary for one year, and interviewed for a posted permanent position in an electronics lab, which he landed.
Mike is an excellent example of how starting in a temp position can lead to a permanent position with a good company.
