You will be inspired and encouraged with Nanci's story and her book's
resources for getting through difficult life situations, like job
transition. She will be selling her book at the meeting. Cost is $20 and
she will sign all copies on request.
We will conclude Crossroads Career Network training on Monday, July 9th
with a wrap-up and discussion on job search strategies, plus our second
speakers of the summer will be joining us, Katherine Burik and Dan
Toussant from The Interview Doctors. Please plan on attending to boost
your interviewing skills!

NEXT MEETING: Monday, April 16th - Guest Speaker Sandy Heath
Our next meeting is Monday, April 16th at 7PM in The Chapel (Rm 22) at Grace. We will be taking a brief break from our Crossroads Career Network training. Our special guest speaker will be Sandy Heath of Sandra Heath and Associates: www.sandraheath.com . She will speak on "Strategies on Working with Temp Agencies to Get Meaningful Employment", or "The Good, Bad and Ugly of Working with Temp Agencies". Sandy will provide insight into the truths and myths about Temp Agencies and how to best use them during your job search, and how to land permanent, full-time positions using agencies like hers.
Please come with a lot of questions and personal testimonies on using Temp Agencies to share with her and the group.

NEXT MEETING: Monday, January 16th - Planning for Success in 2012
Grace Church will be closed next Monday due to the New Years Holiday. Our next meeting will be Monday, January 16th at 7pm in The Chapel at Grace. Our topic will be "Goal Setting and Planning for Success in 2012" and I will share with you how important it is to have a Plan and to set Daily, Weekly, Monthly and a Yearly Goals for our jobs and careers, whether are working or looking for work. We will also discuss those tips and techniques that we have used successfully in our job search efforts that led to more and better interviews, and job offers!
