Myself and another Realtor in my office are looking to hire someone that will work for both of us. She lives in Brunswick, I live in Avon, our office is in Strongsville. We are looking for someone who is willing to go to all 3 locations at times to work in our home offices as well as being set up to work their own home too. There will be some driving to properties needed in several communities/counties.
The job itself in-tails a lot of phone and paperwork. We need someone with excellent communication skills as they will be responding to incoming calls, talking with our clients as well as the other businesses involved in each transaction. (appraisers, mtg. lenders, and title companies, etc.) We need this person to be empathetic and caring about others and have good listening skills. They must be tech savvy in today's programs and very organized. We do not want to micro-manage, so a person who will be assertive and who will take initiative and be able to prioritize tasks.

Job Scope:

This position will be responsible for design and development for Credit Card Payment System applications that are currently written in C, C++ and Java. Covers all responsibilities of the Software Engineer position. Work on site with clients. Other duties as assigned. Acts as individual contributor as well as team member. Usually works with little supervision, conferring with superiors on unusual or extremely complex matters. Assignments are broad in nature, usually requiring originality and ingenuity. Has appreciable latitude for un-reviewed action. May provide guidance, assistance, and technical leadership to lower level software engineers on more complex/large projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in technical discipline (ideally in computer science or engineering), or equivalent experience. 3+ years of software design and development experience. Knowledge of appropriate programming languages, databases, and/or operating system technology; typically familiar with 4 or more relevant technologies (programming languages, database development, etc.). Meets all other requirements of the Software Engineer position.

As a member of the Research and Development Team, the Database Administrator will focus on Store Systems Development. Resolve performance issues, data replication, indexing and data integrity problems. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience with SQL and supporting production databases. Software development experience with Oracle PL/SQL, SLQ Server, Microsoft Visual Basic, or ASP is desired.
